◆1st & 3rd Week

Positive Flow Yoga ポジティブフローヨガ

Exercise intensity 運動量 ★★☆〜★★★

呼吸を感じながら流れるように

一つ一つのアーサナ（ヨガのポーズ）を取ります。

平日の疲れを忘れ、元気に週末を過ごしたい方へおすすめです！

You actively move with your breath from Asana(yoga pose)to Asana.

Highly recommend anyone who wants to feel refreshed after busy weekdays, then spend weekends cheerfully.

◆2nd & 4th Week

Gentle Hatha Yoga やさしいハタヨガ

Exercise intensity 運動量★★☆

基本のヨガポーズを中心に、呼吸を丁寧に行いながら心身の疲れを癒していきます。

ヨガ初心者の方はもちろん、緊張をほぐし、リラックスしたい方におすすめです。

You practice basic yoga poses mainly with your breathing gently.

Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and restrative.

講師自ら輸入販売を手がけるオーストラリア産

100%自然由来の精油！ぜひ香りをお楽しみください

苦手な香りがありましたら事前にお知らせくださいね。

Essential olis will be used for all classes. I import and sell the oils from Australia. Let's enjoy 100% natural and pure Aussie oils together☺︎

Please let me know in advance if there is any aroma or variety you don't like.

•Trial ¥2,500 ※初めての方のみ only for first-timer

•Drop-In（1 ticket）¥4,000

•Ticket for 3 times （2moths vaild） ¥9,900

You can always join the classes in June and July, 2023 with ¥2,500/class

There are yoga mats in the place.

The changing room is limited. Please change as quickly as you can. Thank you for your understanding.

参加費用全額を申し受けます。

We will not be able to accept any cancellation requests during 24 hours just before the reservation date and time.
