自然の中でヨガを楽しみましょう。(^_^)

【時間】　10:00 集合　　10:20-11:35 クラス

【集合場所】 代々木公園 原宿門 とけい塔

【参加費】1,500円（当日現金にて）

【持ち物】　ヨガマット（orブランケットorバスタオル）、レジャーシート（ヨガマットの下に）、飲料水、汗拭き用タオル

【お願い】

・集合に遅れてしまうと合流できないので、時間厳守でお願いします。

（集合場所ではロゴ（蓮の花のデザイン）の紙を持ってお待ちしています。）

・クラスは基本的に初心者さん向けです。（経験者さんも歓迎！）

・着替える場所がありませんのでヨガウェアでお越しください。（日陰で開催します。）

・香水や香りの強い柔軟剤などはお控えください。

・食事は2、3時間前にお済ませください。

・マスクの着用は自由です。（講師はマスクをしません。）

・当日はご自身で体調を判断の上、無理のないように参加してください。体調不良や怪我、盗難などについて当方は責任を負いかねます。

・キャンセルは前日の22時までにお願いします。（それ以降のキャンセルでコメントがない方、当日無連絡不参加の方は次回以降のお申し込みをお断りします。）

◎当日は必ず開催可否をご確認の上お越しください。（朝8時に当サイトでお知らせします。）

Please arrive on time.

Class is for beginners.

Bring your mat(or large towel) and your water bottle.

Please refrain from perfumes and anything with a strong fragrance.

Wearing a mask is optional. The instructor doesn't wear a mask.

There is no changing area.

We recommend that you don't eat or drink at least 3 hours prior to class.

Release Yoga is NOT responsible for any injuries or loss of property.

The next reservation will not be acceptable if you no-show or cancel after 10pm on the day before without any comment.
